OM Group was founded in 2018.

We began by operating our own service stations in Western Australia. Running sites day to day gave us practical experience in fuel, retail, staffing, and supply. That operational foundation shaped how the group developed.

From those early sites, we expanded into a multi-brand network operating under Metro Petroleum and Caltex. Working across brands allows us to structure each site based on market conditions rather than applying a single model everywhere.

We operate as an independent group. In a market dominated by major networks, we provide an alternative structure for site owners, operators, and partners.

How We Operate Today

OMG Group operates a vertically integrated model across fuel and convenience.

Multi-brand fuel strategy

We operate under both Metro Petroleum and Caltex.
This allows brand selection based on site performance, location, and commercial alignment.

Partnership structures

We work with investors, property owners, developers, and operators under different commercial models. Each arrangement is structured around the specific site and objectives.

Independently developed
retail brands

Our in-store concepts operate under OMG Convenience and are developed internally.
They support store revenue beyond fuel margin.

SSV fuel cartage

We established SSV Pty Ltd as our fuel distribution business. This gives us direct control over logistics from terminal to forecourt.

Integrated operations

Fuel supply, distribution, and site operations sit within the group. Fewer external dependencies mean clearer control over cost, timing, and performance.

We operate within all applicable dangerous goods, storage, transport, and environmental regulations. Staff are trained accordingly.
