OM Group works with developers, property owners, independent servo owners, commission agents, resellers, and fuel wholesalers across Western Australia.
Our sites operate from Perth metro through to Albany, trading under OMG Metro and OMG Caltex.
We run five service stations, operate fuel cartage through SSV, and manage multiple in-store retail brands under OMG Convenience.

We assess every opportunity based on traffic flow, catchment strength, competitive positioning, and commercial sustainability. If the numbers don’t make sense, we won’t proceed.

We operate as an alternative to large single-brand networks. We have the flexibility, scale
and company structure to work quickly.
OPERATORS COMMISSION AGENTS & RESELLERS
OM Group works with operators under two clear models.
- You manage day-to-day site operations.
- OM Group controls fuel supply, branding, and site infrastructure.
- You earn commission on fuel and shop sales.
- We provide supply and operational framework.
- You manage staff and customer service.
- You purchase fuel from OM Group at wholesale rates.
- You control pricing and margins.
- You operate the business independently.
- We supply fuel and provide branding or retail support where applicable.
- Responsibilities are clearly defined at the start of the agreement.
FUEL WHOLESALERS & SUPPLY PARTNERS
OM Group operates SSV, our fuel cartage business.
SSV is the cartage provider for Metro Petroleum sites across Western Australia up to Geraldton.
This includes Perth metro and regional distribution coverage.
If you are a wholesaler or supply partner looking for distribution capability in WA, SSV handles logistics from terminal to forecourt.
BRAND PORTFOLIO
OM Group operates across both fuel brands and in-store retail brands.

We operate under
Metro Petroleum → Caltex
Brand selection depends on site location and commercial structure.
In addition, OM Group plans to expand under its own proprietary fuel brand, NEXA Fuels, which will operate alongside existing brand partnerships.
OMG Convenience – In-Store Retail Brands
Our key differentiation sits inside the store.
Under OMG Convenience, we operate four in-house retail concepts
A structured coffee offer built around speed and consistency. Designed to drive repeat daily traffic.
Hot food option focused on ready-to-eat meals for forecourt customers. Built to increase basket size.
Indian-style quick service meals. Differentiates the site from standard servo food offers and by supplying quality food and an additional reason for
customers to visit the store.
Frozen desserts and treats. High-margin add-on category with low operational complexity.
These brands are developed and operated in-house. They are not third-party franchises. They are designed to strengthen site performance and diversify revenue beyond fuel margin.
